The elements that help to make our program a continual success in reducing lost time accidents on our job sites includes:

Company Wide Safety Meeting: a mandatory meeting is held quarterly and includes all field personnel, managers, and assistants. Senior managers present subject matter specific to the job and industry related safety updates.

Weekly Toolbox Meeting: first order of business Monday mornings. Safety Director assigns relevant topics to be presented by supervisors and foremen at each jobsite.

Quarterly Supervisors Meeting: mandatory meeting held last Tuesday and Wednesday of each quarter. The Safety Director covers a subject that he feels is important that month.

10-Hour OSHA Outreach Training: Supervisors, foremen, select leads and project managers are educated in OSHA regulations through attendance in a 10-Hour Outreach Training Program.

Jobsite Safety Audits: Each week, the Safety Director targets a jobsite for an inspection to ensure that all safety policies and regulations are being followed.
